Shipping Policy

ZEZNTRO ships to U.S. addresses on eligible orders. Here is everything you need to know about delivery times, order processing and tracking.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events or high-volume periods. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, your location, weather events, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Free U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier, or visit our Track Your Order page.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders.
• Some large items may have additional shipping requirements noted on the product page.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
