Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. ZEZNTRO offers U.S. shipping for eligible orders. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location, product availability, and carrier scheduling.
What is your return window?
We offer 30-day return assistance. Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact service@zezntro.shop before sending any item back.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Orders are processed through secure checkout options including major credit cards and supported accelerated payment methods. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Can I use the wicker chairs on a balcony or patio?
Yes. The ZEZNTRO Wicker Outdoor Chair Set of 2 is designed for outdoor living spaces including patios, porches, balconies and backyard seating areas.

Do the recliners require assembly?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Most ZEZNTRO CALMREST recliners require minimal assembly. Full instructions are included in the packaging. Contact us if you need help.
