We want every ZEZNTRO piece to feel right in your home. If something is not right, we are here to help within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Policy

Most ZEZNTRO products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below. Please read the full policy before initiating a return.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories
  • Item must be in resalable condition — no damage, stains, or missing parts

Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

How to Start a Return

Contact Support First

Email service@zezntro.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Wait for Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a return authorization if approved.

Ship the Item Back

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the instructions provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been assembled or used
  • Items with damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Damaged or defective items are handled separately from standard returns and may be eligible for replacement or a full refund regardless of the standard return window.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
